Many of the qualified riders in the U.A.E owe their initial training to Sharjah Equestrian and Racing club. The club has sponsored a number of youths and provided them with highly qualified trainers and talented horses while organizing competitions to enable them to compete at National and International levels. This early commitment by the Club has enabled a number of riders from Sharjah to be currently competing as part of the Emirates National team who have  achieved remarkable results both at National and International levels.

Annually, Sharjah Equestrian and Racing Club organize an International Championship the “Sharjah International Show Jumping Competition”. Large number of riders from the U.A.E. participates in the show along with many International riders.
